Manganal Hooks

Manganal Hooks are made of manganese steel, ideal for industries that have high impacts such as Construction, Mining, Railroad, and Cement.

Special caution must be observed when using Manganal hooks. Manganal hooks do not have the same elongation characteristics as conventional alloy J‐hooks. The same extreme hardness and abrasion resistance that makes Manganal hooks long lasting in blast conditions, reduces the ability of the hooks to deform under load. Always remove from service any hook that shows deformation.
