Orders placed before 1:00 pm (central time) Monday-Friday for standard products usually ship
the same day. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless an expedited option is chosen. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon shipment. For orders including product too large or heavy for UPS ground service, an LTL carrier will be chosen by WiscoLift, shipped “prepaid and add”. Freight charges will be added to your invoice.

RETURNS:

LOST/DAMAGED MATERIAL:
Buyer must notify seller of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The buyer is responsible for the following:
1. Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise,
2. Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete,
3. Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
