 Permanent Lift Magnets

 

Lift magnets eliminate the need for slings, clamping devices or chains, and are ideal for lifting plates, forging, die castings, burn-out parts, and more. Using a lift magnet, one person can perform operations previously requiring two or more.

The PowerLift® lift magnet can be used on flat or round surfaces and contains an internal release device that does not contact or damage the surface of the part being lifted.

It is recommended when lifting sheets over 8', use two (2) or more lifts on a spreader bar to prevent sheet flexing, sagging or peel-off. Thin material is susceptible to magnetic bleed through, resulting in two sheets being lifted at once.

 Vertical Lifting, Locking

 

IPU10 Universal vertical safety lifting clamp IPU10 is suitable for the lifting, turning (180°) and vertical transfer of steel plates and constructions.

The IPU10 lifting clamp is fitted with a locking device for both open and closed positions, which ensures complete safety. Fitted with a hinged hoisting eye moving in all directions so as to enable the user to place and lift the load from any direction.

100% of capacity is maintained from vertical to 45° in any direction.

The IPU10 lifting clamps with a WLL of 12 tons and up are fitted with special hook-up facilities to enable easy fitment of the clamp in horizontal position.

Higher WLL and different jaw-apertures upon request.

Minimum load permitted: 10% of the WLL applying to plate surface hardness 37Rc.
